Zero Tolerance Policy

G.D. Memorial College maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards ragging. In accordance with the UGC Regulations and Supreme Court directives, any form of ragging is strictly prohibited on campus, in hostels, and in transit vehicles.

Objectives

  • To keep the campus ragging-free.
  • To sensitize students about the ill-effects of ragging.
  • To provide an immediate grievance redressal mechanism for victims.

Preventive Measures

  • Display of anti-ragging posters and helpline numbers.
  • Regular surprise visits by the Anti-Ragging Squad.
  • Mandatory submission of anti-ragging affidavits by students and parents.

Contact & Reporting

Students can report any incident of ragging to the committee members or drop a complaint in the suggestion boxes located across the campus. Privacy of the complainant is strictly maintained.
