Overview

The Grievance Redressal Cell is established to provide a platform for students and staff to address their concerns regarding academic or administrative matters. The cell ensures that all grievances are handled with confidentiality, empathy, and fairness.

Redressal Process

  • Submission: Grievances can be submitted through the online portal or offline complaint boxes.
  • Review: The committee reviews the nature of the grievance and identifies the concerned department.
  • Action: Necessary inquiries are conducted, and a resolution is proposed within 15 working days.
  • Follow-up: The complainant is informed of the action taken and satisfaction is verified.

Academic issues (exams, results), Administrative delays, Facility related concerns, and General campus issues.
