Internal Complaint Committee (ICC)

The ICC is constituted in compliance with the "Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013". The committee is dedicated to providing a safe and dignified environment for all female students and staff members of the institution.

Objectives

  • To prevent sexual harassment by promoting gender equality.
  • To provide a transparent mechanism for the redressal of complaints.
  • To conduct awareness workshops on gender sensitization.

Legal Framework

The committee follows the guidelines as per the POSH Act and University norms. It ensures that every complaint is investigated in a time-bound manner with strict adherence to the principles of natural justice.
