Industrial plant visit to "SARAS JODHPUR DAIRY"

The Dept. of * Comm. & Mgmt Studies* Organised today's, Industrial plant visit to *SARAS JODHPUR DAIRY, for the Students of B. Com & B.B. A II and M.B.A (II & IV Sem.). The purpose of the visit was to make the students know about the working of a plant and the procedures involved in the purification of milk and manufacturing of various milk products. Students were told about the different products offered by Saras Dairy like pasteurized milk, ghee, butter, paneer, yoghurt etc.
