Faculty Development Program - 2025
A one-day faculty development program on the topic of Innovative Teaching Pedagogy and Student Engagement was organized today at G.D. Memorial College. The program began with the welcome of the chief guest Professor A.K. Malik by Academic Director Professor J.J. Mishra. In his address, Professor Malik emphasized on innovation in teaching methods and all-round development of students and talked about the personal characteristics of teachers such as passion for teaching, patience and empathy, emotional intelligence, positive attitude. Prof. Malik said that with the changing times, it is essential to incorporate technology and creative methods in teaching so that students can progress not only academically but also in all-round development. Academic Director Prof. J.J. Mishra thanked Prof. Malik and emphasized the important role of faculty development program in enhancing the teaching skills and subject expertise of teachers. All the teachers of the college were present on this occasion.
