Food Analysis And Chemistry 2024
Today, the department of Chemistry organised a seminar for U.G. and P.G.students on "Food Analysis And Chemistry".The session was conducted by Dr. Renu Jangid Ma'am (Food Analyst Public Health Laboratory, Jodhpur). She explained about "DART"(Detect Adulteration with Rapid Test). She gave brief knowledge about testing food items on basic domestic level. After the session Dr.S.K.Sharma Principal of GDMC rendered vote of thanks and addressed job opportunity in FSSAI and Food testing labs. Seminar was highly informative and insightful.
