FACULTY DEVELOPMENT Programme

A ONE-DAY FACULTY DEVELOPMENT programme on " INNOVATIVE TEACHING PEDAGOGY AND STUDENT'S ENGAGEMENT"* Organized by the G.D. Memorial Group of Colleges with the goal of educating faculty members on new teaching techniques that actively engage students in the learning process and their comprehension and participation in the classroom. Dr. Saroj Kaushal, and Dr. P. K. Sharma, Prof. J. N V. University served as today's resource people. They urged teachers to use more active learning techniques in their classrooms by highlighting the value of interactive and student-centered learning.
